I am Cathie the part-time administrator of the Arbury Community Centre. You need to contact me if you wish to book the Community Centre or have any other general enquiries. I am at the Community Centre at the following times and will always be pleased to show you around:

Booking Procedure
1. Check availablility of the Community Centre at the time you wish to book
2. Fill in a booking form - you can do this online (below)
3. The completed paper form will be sent to you
4. You need to sign and return the form with the deposit - the booking is now confimed
5. You will receive an invoice shortly before the event - this should be paid promptly
6. After the event a cheque for the deposit amount will be returned to you by post
