Comments and other costs
If the whole Centre is booked, the Meeting Room has no charge.
If the Arbury Tavern is booked, the Meeting Room has no charge.
Kitchen charges include equipment for hot drinks/light refreshments.
If kitchen booked with the large hall, it must be booked for the full period of Large Hall hire.
If you wish to use full set of crockery/cutlery there is a single payment of £20 extra.
If you provide your own alcohol instead of using the Arbury Tavern there is an extra security charge of £12 per hour and an increased deposit (£100). Permission may not be granted - please see Terms and Conditions for details.
The Arboretum Cafe can provide Buffets for weekday daytime functions - please see booking form.
