4. Arbury Tavern (Bar) £16.00 per hour for bar staff
User Kitchen for hot drinks/light refreshments-use of cups, plates etc – £1.00 per hour
If kitchen booked with the large hall, it must be booked for the full period of Large Hall hire.
Use of full set of crockery, cutlery etc - £20.00 flat rate extra to above.
Please note that there are no pans, cooking utensils or tea towels provided
One – off users
1. A booking form should be completed by the user.
2. A £50 returnable deposit is required to secure the booking. It will be banked & refunded by cheque. Part or all of this deposit may be used to cover any damage caused during letting.
3. The whole letting charge should be paid four weeks prior to the event in addition to the booking deposit which will be returned after the date of the event. The deposit cheque uncashed within a year of issue will not be refunded.
4. Should cancellation occur within two weeks of the event, the letting charge will be forfeited but the £50 deposit will be returned. If a replacement booking is secured it may be possible to return some or all of the letting charge.

3. Thereafter the user should provide the Centre with regular lists of the dates and times of their lettings.
4. The Centre should be informed of changes in bookings in good time. Changes made in the current month will be included in the next months invoice.
5. The user will be invoiced for each month prior to the use of the Centre. The invoice should be paid within 14 days.
1. Hirers are permitted access half an hour before and after the function. This time is shared with other users.
2. The rooms should be swept and left tidy by the user. Furniture should be stacked. Kitchen equipment should be washed and put away in the cupboards as found.
3. Furniture should not be moved from room to room except by arrangement with Centre staff.
4. The fire regulations permit 250 in the large hall and 100 in the small hall.
5. The fire doors are not to be opened when there is amplified music.
6. Public entertainment events are governed by our Licence. This includes using the noise limiter power supply in the main hall, no disco in the small hall and a total of 250 people in the whole premises. See administrator for more information.
7. The entrance and cafŽ area should be kept free of buggies and other equipment. This area is not for hire.
8. Alcohol may be only by consumed on the premises by permission of the Trustees. See overleaf.

Arbury
Community Centre – Consumption of Alcohol
1) Best to Use the Tavern
The Arbury Community Centre has a well equipped licensed bar called the Arbury Tavern. The Trustees of the Community Centre encourage users to book the Arbury Tavern if they wish to have alcohol at their event. The Tavern staff are always pleased to accommodate any special requirements.
The Tavern may be booked for £16 per hour. Typical prices for drinks may be found on the web site.
2) Alcohol without the Tavern
If you wish to consume alcohol without booking the Arbury Tavern then the following conditions will apply:
á You will need to come in to the Centre to discuss your arrangements in detail. The Trustees may refuse bookings at their discretion.
á Under no circumstances may alcohol be sold on the premises. The cost of alcohol should not be included in any entrance charge. There should be no Òbring a bottleÓ arrangement. Drinks should be provided free of charge by the hosts of the event
á The hiring deposit for the event will be £100 instead of £50.
á There will be a security charge of £12 per hour to enable us to provide staff on the premises during the event.
