The User Kitchen has a hatch connecting to the Large Hall. It may be used for serving refreshments and also for preparation of food for events in the Large Hall. If it is used, it must be booked for the whole period of use of the Large Hall at a nominal rent. Staff from the centre and the Arboretum Cafe may use some of the facilities at the same time during the day.
There are plenty of mugs for drinks for a large number of people. There is a smaller amount of other crockery.
Users should provide tea, coffee, food etc. and tea towels
Users are advised to bring their own cutlery, serving equipment, and cooking pots.
Users are responsible for washing all crockery and cutlery after use and returning to the cupboards as found and ready for use by the next user. The Centre does not have staff to check and was equipment between bookings.
