How to make a booking

Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions on our website before making a booking. These can be found here.

1) Use the tool on the left to find when the facilities are available. Go to dates and use the d and w toggles to move backwards and forwards by days or weeks.

2) If your proposed booking is some time ahead in the future, it is possible that the bookings of regular users have not yet been entered in the database. You can find out about them from the Regular Users tab above or your can toggle the recent past to see the pattern of regular users.

3) Check that the facilities are suitable from the Facilities tab above.

4) Look at Charges tab above to estimate the cost of your booking.

5) Read the essential Conditions of hire.

6) When you have found a date or dates which seems free, send a brief enquiry in the message pane below or go to the more detailed Booking Request tab.
